RETURN AND REFUND
POLICY
At safewear.biz we want you
to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though,
we know you may want to return items and you have the right to cancel the
purchase of most items within 14 days. You also have a rights where goods are
not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
***Please note that you must return each item in the
same condition in which you received it. This means that new items
must be returned unused and undamaged. Used items must not have any
additional signs of use or damage.
RETURNS POLICY DURING
COVID-19
During the coronavirus crisis we are not able to accept any
returns or process refunds unless items are damaged or defective.
KN95 FFP2 masks cannot be fit tested. So no return will be
accepted due to fit testing reasons.
This does not affect your statutory rights and Goods may be
returned for credit for faulty or damaged goods – please email us as set out
below:
IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
Please EMAIL us within 14 days of the original despatch date
setting out your reasons for requesting a return and please wait for us to
reply.

If we provide you with a Returns Report and Authorisation Number
then Goods may be returned together with the Returns Report.
Return goods must be received at our return address within 14
days of acceptance of a return in the original packaging and in a resalable
condition. No return will be accepted if goods are not returned within 14 days
of acceptance of the return.
Please note that no credit is possible after 14 days from
the date of the invoice.
Products correctly supplied by the company and returned by the
customer may incur a 20% handling charge and 4% transaction charges.
Shipping charges are not refundable if paid.
The cost of returning goods must be paid by the customer and all
goods must be returned in original packaging and suitably packed in an outer
cover to prevent damage during transit.
Unless we have agreed to collect, please return the goods
by Courier at your own risk and insurance.
We do not accept
responsibility for any goods lost in transit.
